Remodeler website FAQ: pricing, timeline, and what's included
Straight answers about how we work. Don't see your question? Ask us.
How much does it cost?
$900 for our first 2 founding clients, then $1,500. 50% deposit to start, the rest at launch.
What do you need from me?
Your business name, license number, a few project photos, your service areas, and your phone number.
What if I don't like the mockup?
Then you owe nothing. The mockup is free.
Can I update the site myself?
Yes. Or choose the optional $99/month upkeep and we handle updates for you.
Do you do Spanish?
Yes, as an optional add-on. Ask us for a quote.
Who am I working with?
Blueprint Miami Sites, a small studio that builds websites for remodelers. You'll deal with us directly by email or text.
How long does it take?
7 days, counted from when we have your deposit, photos, and details. Slow feedback or third-party delays (like Google's verification) can push launch back; we tell you right away if that happens. You review everything before it goes live.
Will my site rank #1 on Google?
We can't promise that, and no honest agency can. We build the site with solid technical SEO basics (fast pages, clear titles, service and area pages, local business markup) and set up your Google Business Profile, so you're set up to be found. Rankings depend on many things outside anyone's control, including reviews and competition.
Do you guarantee leads?
No. We commit to a fixed price, a 7-day build once we have what we need from you, and a site that makes it easy for homeowners to contact you. We don't promise a number of leads.
Why should my license number be on my website?
Florida law (section 489.119(5)(b), Florida Statutes) requires state-certified and state-registered contractors to put their certification or registration number in advertising, and the licensing board's rule lists Internet sites as advertising. We place your number in the footer, on the contact page, and on your Google profile. This is general information, not legal advice; check the requirements for your license type with the Florida DBPR or an attorney.
Who owns the website?
You do, once it's paid in full. Your content, photos, and domain stay yours, and the domain is registered in your name. If you choose upkeep, we maintain it for you; if not, we hand it over.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. Each project has a short written agreement that confirms the price, scope, and timeline (see our service terms). The optional $99/month upkeep can be cancelled anytime.
