Service terms, in plain English

This page summarizes, in plain English, how our fixed-price website service works. Every project also has a short written agreement that confirms your price, scope, and timeline. If this page and your signed agreement ever differ, your signed agreement controls.

Price and payment

Fixed price. $900 for our first 2 founding clients, then $1,500. The price in your agreement won't change unless you ask for more work and approve a written quote for it first.
Founding price. The $900 price is limited to the first 2 clients who sign an agreement and pay the deposit. After that, the price is $1,500.
50% deposit to start. $450 at the founding price or $750 at the standard price. We start work after the deposit is paid.
Balance at launch. The remaining 50% is due when you've reviewed and approved the site, before or at launch.
Third-party costs. Your domain name and any paid third-party tools you choose are registered in your name and paid by you directly. They are not part of our price, and we tell you about any of them before you start.
Optional extras. A Spanish version and any work outside the scope below are quoted separately, in writing, before we do them.

What's included

A 5 to 7 page website (such as Home, Services, About, Gallery, and Contact), 3 service-area pages, a before/after gallery from photos you provide, a short estimate request form, click-to-call buttons, an after-hours auto-reply, your license number and insurance details shown clearly, your Google reviews featured or linked, and setup or cleanup of your Google Business Profile in your own Google account.

Not included unless agreed in writing: logo design, professional photography, copywriting beyond your site's pages, paid advertising, ongoing SEO campaigns, e-commerce, booking systems, or extra pages.

The 7-day timeline

The 7 days start once we have your deposit and the materials we ask for: your business details, license number, photos, and service areas.
You review the site during the build and send your changes. If feedback or materials arrive late, launch moves back by the same amount of time.
Things outside our control, such as Google's Business Profile verification, domain transfers, or another provider's outage, can take longer than 7 days. We'll tell you right away if anything affects your launch date.

Revisions

The price includes one full round of changes during your review, plus small fixes such as typos before launch. Larger changes, new pages, or a new design direction after you've approved the layout are quoted separately before we do them.

Cancellations and refunds

The homepage mockup is free. If you don't like it, you owe nothing.
If you cancel after paying the deposit but before we start building, we refund your deposit in full.
Once building has started, the deposit covers work already done and is not refundable, except as described next.
If we don't deliver a site that matches the agreed scope for reasons within our control, we'll refund your deposit.
You never pay the balance until you've reviewed and approved the site.

Who owns what

Once you've paid in full, you own your website's content and design as delivered, and you keep full rights to your own business name, logo, photos, and text. Your domain is registered in your name. We may reuse our own general code, layouts, and know-how on other projects, but never your content. We'll only show your site in our portfolio with your permission. Third-party tools and services are provided under their own terms.

Your part

You confirm that your license number, insurance details, service areas, and claims about your business are accurate and current, and you approve them before launch.
You confirm you have the right to use the photos, logos, and text you send us.
You are responsible for your own business's legal compliance, including advertising and licensing rules. We share general information, but we are not lawyers and don't give legal advice.

Optional $99/month upkeep

Covers keeping the site hosted and small content updates, such as new project photos, updated hours, a new review, or a changed phone number. Larger changes are quoted separately.
Billed monthly in advance. No long-term contract.
Cancel anytime by email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you've already paid for, and partial months aren't refunded.
When you cancel, we hand over your site files and any access you need so you can host or manage the site yourself.

What we don't promise

We don't promise specific Google rankings, traffic, a number of leads, or sales. Search results and customer demand depend on many things outside anyone's control, including Google's systems, reviews, and competition. Google itself says no one can guarantee a #1 ranking. What we do promise is a fixed price, a clear timeline once we have what we need from you, and a professional site that makes it easy for homeowners to contact you.

Limits

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total responsibility for any claim about a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project, and we're not liable for lost profits or indirect damages. Florida law governs these terms. If something goes wrong, contact us first and we'll work to make it right.
