This policy explains what information Blueprint Miami Sites ("we," "us") collects when you visit this website or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Information we collect

Information you send us. When you email us, use the request form (which opens your own email app), call, or text us, we receive what you choose to share, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, service areas, license number, project photos, and your message.
Business contact information from public sources. To introduce our services to remodeling businesses, we may use business contact details that are publicly available, such as state license records and businesses' own public websites and listings. We use this only to contact the business about our services, and we stop if you ask.
Client project information. If you hire us, we also keep the content, photos, and account details needed to build and maintain your site, plus records of agreements, invoices, and payments.
Technical information. This website doesn't use cookies, advertising pixels, or tracking scripts. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-focused tool that counts visits and page views without cookies and without tracking you across other sites or building a profile of you. Our hosting provider may automatically process technical data, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

How we use information

To reply to you, prepare a free mockup, and give you a quote
To build, launch, and maintain your website and Google Business Profile if you hire us
To send invoices, take payments, and keep business, tax, and legal records
To send occasional business emails about our services, which you can opt out of at any time
To keep this website and our accounts secure, and to comply with the law

Email and text messages

You can ask us to stop marketing emails at any time by replying "unsubscribe" or emailing us, and we'll honor that request promptly and within 10 business days. We text you only to reply to a message you sent us, about a project you asked about, or if you've given us permission. Reply STOP to any text and we'll stop texting you. Consent to texts is never a condition of getting a mockup or buying anything. We don't use automated dialing systems or prerecorded messages.

How we share information

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with other companies for their own marketing. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our email provider, website host, payment processor, and e-signature or form tools, and only as needed for them to provide those services. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we don't see or store your full card number.

How long we keep information

We keep inquiry emails and messages only as long as useful to respond and follow up, and we keep client and payment records as long as needed for the work and for tax and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will unless we need to keep it to comply with the law.

Security

We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards, such as strong passwords and two-step sign-in where available, to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email blueprintmiamisites@gmail.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law, and we will honor those requests as the law requires.

Children

This website and our services are for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Links to other sites

This site links to other websites, such as government license records. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, for example by adding website analytics or an online form provider, we'll update this page and the date above before the change takes effect.
